For this assignment I want to create a short story on a cat that goes out in the rain in his rain coat even though he doesn't like getting wet, in the end he gets use to the water and has fun playing outside. It will be a small book with at least 8 - 10 pages, I want to make it 3 x 7 inches horizontal and use water color as a medium.
